THE Commissioners for the Management of the City Reserves, are prepared t« receive sealed tenders for leases, for 14 years, of the following sections of the Town Belt. Tsbbacs Distbict — . — Sections 1 , 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, Tenders will not be accepted for less than 20s par acre per annum. Sections 11 and 12 ; tenders will not be accepted for less than 7s 6d per acre per annum. Western Dwtbiot.-— Sections 1, 4, 6, 7, 8, B*, 9, 12,13,1(5,16, J7, 18, 19, 20, 21, 22, 23, 24, 25, 26, 27, 28, tenderi will not be accepted for less than 15s per aore per annum. Southebk Distbiot.— Sections 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, Eastp-tiv Distbiot. — Sections 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7. A.uL.\r Victoria District. — Sections 1, 2, 3,4, 5, 6, 7 ; tenders will not be accepted for less than 10s per acre per annum. A plan of the sections and a draft form of lease can be seen at the office of the Seoretary to the Board of Commissioners. The highest tender, above the minimum price, if approved by the Board of Commissioners, will be accepted. Each section must be tendered for separately. The conditions are to fence within three years and the term of lease fourteen years. Sealed tenders in the annexed form are to be delivered at the office of the Secretary to the Board, before one o'clock, on or before Monday, the 4th day of May next. Fobm of Tendeb.
