Beamish v Reupena Keiretona— Cattle trespass £8 10s ; the claim was grounded on 85 trespasses of defendant's cattle on plaintiff's fenced land. Judgment for amount and costs Us. Beamish v Utiku — Cattle trespass £2 14s; defendant disproved some of the alleged trespasses. Judgment for" 14s and costs. Beamish v Hone Waitere— Cattle trespass £2 18s ; judgment for amount and costs. Beamish v Watene — Cattle trespass £8 ; judgment for amount aud costs. Beamish v Nahona Te Ahu— Cattle trespass 6s ; plaintiff failed to prove ownership of cattle ; judgment for defendant with costs. Nahona v Thomas Higgie — Damages £6 ss, wheat destroyed by defendant's cattle ; settled out of Court. Takiri v Chapman— Debt ss, a claim for one days horsehire; judgment for defendant with costs. t To Wunu v Charles Cameron— Damages £3 10s, the value of a pig killed by defendant ; plaintiff called, Imfc not in attendance.
