LYTTELTON.
A fire occured at Lyltelton on the 10th inst., causing the total destruction of Messrs Hall, Ritchie & Cos., warehouse.
The nomination of the new Superintendent is to take place on sth March. If h poll ts demanded, it will be taken on the 20th of tbe same month. Mr J. Olliviet is likely to be
elected.
Sheep are quoted at from 2 31s. per bead Store cattle, £9 to £9 9s. Fat cattle, 40s. to 455. per lbs. Flour iv 2001 b bags', £14 per ton.
