LAND ON DEFERRED PAYMENTS SOCIETY. npHE Fourth Annual General Meeting of the X members will be held iv the Hall of the Meohanics' Institute, on Wednesday, 18th February, 1863, at half past seven o'clock in the- evening, pieoisely, "to receive Report of the Committee, Annual Statement of Accounts, Election of Committee, Auditors," and oilier business. Agreeably to the rules, four members of committee retire in rotation, viz. : — Messrs. Mobs, McLean, Hutchinson, and Clapham, who are eligible for reelection, and will be proposed accordingly. The Meeting will then be made special, in order to elect a Treasurer, in the room of J. J. Tame, Esq., who has resigned.
