France, Russia, and Bavaria are very jealous. A large French naval force has been despatched to the Greek waters. The Ratazzi Ministry has resigned. There is a rnmoured plot against the life of the French Emperor by Italians. Tbe Federals are before Fredericksburg deraanding its surrender. At a Lancashire county meeting for relief of distressed operatives, Manchester nobly subscribed £90 t OOO.
