Ist. That valuable Town Acre, No. 96, situated in Abel Smith Street, Wellington, adjoining the residence of Mr. Hickson> fenced in with a close fence and having a small building erected thereon. This acre is admirably adapted for the erection of a gentleman's private residence, being in an elevated position and commanding a fine view of the harbor and shipping. 2nd. The land which has about 30 acres of Manuka Timber, is partly fenced in, and upon it about 300 acres laid down in paddocks. The improvements consist of a good five roomed house, men's hut, sheep pens, diafting yards, wool shed, &heaiiug shed, &c. ALSO, 3,000 Merino Sheep (including 44 Merino Rams) subject to their lease for 3 years, from the Ist January, 1862, for £1,150. The Land will be sold with or without the Sheep. 4th. Tne Land consisting of 50 acres of superior Totara Timber, fronting to Daniell's Bush Road, Rangitikei, and will be sold, if required, in one or more lots.
