OUT STATION. Overseer's and men's bouse, containing 4 rooms ; dairy, store ; cattle yunls, capable of holding fiOO head of cattle, with drafting yards complete also milking shed, garden, and paddoclr under crop, &c. STORES. An ample supply, nothing will be required to work the station until Ist January, 1863.
