NEXT (unless previously disposed of privately) that splendid RUN, No. 125, consisting of 20,000 Acres, situated in the forks of the Ashburton, completely fenced in by the above- river, and well known to be one of the best Runs in the Province of Canterbury, and capable of carrying 20,000 sheep. The improvements are of the most substantial haracter, as follows : — HOME STATION. Seven roomed house with outbuildings, which consist of servants' room, laundry, dairy, fowl-house, harness-room, &c, and a paddock of about 6 acres with growing crops of oat 3 and potatoes ; garden of about 1 acre, trenched and stocked with fruit-trees ; woolßhed, sbeep-drafting yards, 100 hurdle yard, &c. OUT STATION. Overseer's and men's house, containing 4 rooms ; dairy, store ; cattle yards, capable of holding 500 head of cattle, with drafting yards complete also milking shed, garden, and paddock under crop, &c. STORES. An ample supply, nothing will be required to work the station until Ist January, 1863. STOCK. 1000 picked Ewes, all under 8-tooth, now lambing to imported French Merino rams 669 Ewes, all under 8-tooth, now lambing to the same rams 500 Ewe and wether weaners, bred from the above 1000 ewes by the said rams 39 imported French merino rams The purchaser has the option of taking another 1000 ewes to be delivered on the station, on the Ist January ; with or without the wool 8 Bullocks and dray complete 3 harness bullocks mid dray 15 horses and tnavos American waggon and harness Imported entire horse Bolivar 60 head of Cattle, principally dairy cows A largo amount of split and sawn timber 20 acres freehold bush, first selection Pre-emptive right over the improvements The present owners of the station, pledge themselves not to remove anything from the station but the managing partner's private {effects, whicd will be pointed out by him to any intending purchaser.
