Tenders to state the quantity proposed to be delivered, the' probable date, and the rate per ton. The whole of the Coal or at least one third, at the Contractors option, to be delivered within three months of acceptance of his tender. No tender will be accepted unless upon the printed form furnished from this office, and duly signed by the contractor and two sureties. Intending contractors are requested to apply early for forms.
