RUNS FOR SALE ON THE EAST COAST PROVINCE OF WELLINGTON. ORUI AND URITI. IN consequence of tbe continued ill health of the proprietor, the above fine properties forming a portion of tbe Whareama Estate, together with 5,000 sheep are now oflered for sale, either in one lot or separately. The properties are contiguous, being separated by the Mobiwairaka River, are both admirably bounded and together have a sea frontage of 11 miles. Orui contains 8,000 acres of Freehold and 3,000 acres of Crown Land, has an excellent dwelling house of nine good rooms with out-houses, garden, yards, sheds, &c. a first rate woolshed, close to the shipping plate, with 400 aore paddock yards, wash pool, &c, &c.
