Wanganui Tmon Board. Provincial Secretary's Office, . Wellington, 18th Nov. 1862. THE following Gentlemen were duly elected a Board of Wardens for the Hutt Road District No. 6, on the 1 1th August last, Messrs. Jackson, (Chairman.) White, Rowe, Smith, Ellerm J. Woodward, Acting Provincial Secretary. Found at Tarangamti. PROCLAMATION. ' By His Honor Isaac Earl Featherston, Esquire Superintendent of the Province of Wellington, in the Colony of New Zealand. WHEREAS by an Act of the Provincial Council of Wellington Session 111, number 8, instituled "An Aot to Amend and consolidate the law relating to Cattle Trespass and impounding.":; It is enacted that the Superintendent of the said Province may from time to time by Proclamation deolare any Pounds to be or cease to be Public Pounds within the meaning of the said Act, and may in like manner appoint, suspend, remove and reappoint keepers of such Pounds. Now therefore ■ I, Isaac Earl Featherston, Superintendent of said Province, do hereby proclaim, Mr. Kelly's Stock Yard on the Tarangauui Run, near the Wairarapa Lake Ferry, in the Province of Wellington, aforesaid, to be a public I Pound within the meaning of the said | Act, and that Donald Cor mack be the keeper thereof. Given under my hand and issued under the public Seal of the Province of L.S. Wellington, at Wellington, this eighteenth day of November, One thousand eight hundred and sixty two. I. E. SEALED TENDERS will be reoeived at this Office until Thursday, 18th December next, at 2 o'clock, p.m., from persons desirous of executing by contract either of the undermentioned services for the Provincial Government for the 12 months ending 31st December 1863. Printing. 1. Printing the Provincial Government Gazette, at per sheet, and inserting the same in one of the local newspapers; I subject to certain conditions of even date herewith, to be seen at this office. Printing Official Forms. 2. Further particulars may be obtained at this Office. Firewood* 3. Rata or Manuka, in two feet lengths, delivered and stacked at the office or buiding requiring the supply. Separate . tenders will be required for supplying the Wellington Gaul. The Government or the Contractors will be at liberty to terminate any of the above Contracts, by giving three months' notice of their desire to do so. In the event of any of the Contractors failing in the terms of their Contraot, I the Government to be at liberty to procure the articles elsewhere, charging the increased price, if any, to said Contrac- | tors. !
