Do hereby, in pursuance of the Regulations in this be i half, Proclaim and Notify that the several allot. , S ments of Land situate in the Pahau and Warehama Blocks, in the East Coast District, in the Province of Wellington, and specified in the Sched lie hereto, except sucu as may be reserved under the provisions hereafter mentioned, will be put up for sale by Public Auction, at the Crown Lands Ofiice, in the Town of Wellington, on Fbiday, the 19th day of December, 1862, at One o'clocK in the afternoon' If at any time during the sale it may appear to the Commissioner of Crown Lands beneficial or expedient for the public service to rpserve from sale either of the sections specified in the said Schedule, or vary fie order in which they are to be put up, he is hereby authorised to do so. I ISAAC EARL FEATHER3TON, Superin--2 tendent. of the Province of Wellington, do heieby in pursuance of the Regulations in this behalf procl»iin and notify, that the several allotments of land situate in Campbell Town on the left bank of the Wanganui River in the province Wellington, and specified in the schedule hereto, except such as may be reserved under the provisions hereafter mentioned, will be put up for sale by Public Auction, at the Survey Office, Wanganui, on Thubsday, the eighteenth day of December next, at One o'clock in the afternoon, If at any time during the sale, it may appear to the Commissioner of Crown Lands or person duly authorised in his behalf, beneficial or expedient for the public service to reserve from aale either of the. sections specified in the said schedule, or vary the order in which they are to be put up, he is hereby authorised to do so.
