PRUSSIA.
A Ministerial crisis has arisen in Prussia, from the antagonism between the Ministry and the Chamber of Deputies. The President of the Cabinet and Minister of Finance have re* signed. The Bavarian Government has declined Jo adhere to the commercial treaty between France and Prussia. A sharp correspondence has passed between Austrian and Prussian Ministers, owing to the latter's recognition of the new kingdom of Italy.
