VALUABLE FREEHOLD PROPSRTIES IN THE CITY OF WELLINGTON, FOR SALE BY AUCTION. FRIDAY, 28th NOVEMBER, 1865 MESSES. WILLIAM HICKSON, & Co., will sell by Public Auction, at theii Stores, Te Aro, on Friday, the 28th November iext, the undermentioned valuable Freehold Popei ties',' situated in the centre of the businees pcrtion of tbe City of Wellington ; and adjacent to theßanks, Custom House, aud Post Office. First — The piece ot Land in the rear of the Ship Hotel, in Manners-street} having a cm road entrance from that Street; aud also from Willissireet, adjoining Mr. Port's grocery establiihrnent. There is a strongly built Store , two sloriis high on tbe Land capable of holding 500 tons of goods ; also, an Office and Shed. The whole is eiclosod by a strong close fence, ten feet high. Ths property was recently occupied by H. M. Government as a Commissariat Store: Sbcond — The piece of Land fronting to Willis street, extending from the premises lately octupied as Ordnance and Engineer Offices, up to Mr. Port's grocery establishment. Nathan, Esq., fenced in with a close fence, and laid down with English grasses. This land will bo sold in two or more lots, Also, That valuable Town Acre No. 123 in Abel Smith Street, opposite to the residence of W. JHickson, and fenced in with a good fence. This Land will be sold in two or more lots. ALSO, The following eligible Leasehold Property at Ngabauranga, viz. All those valuable Premises known as the "Ngahauranga Inn," now in the occupation of Mr. W. E. Wallace, situated at tbe junction of the Ngahauranga and Hutt Roads, being in a most eligible business situation, about two miles from the City of Wellington : together with 53 acres of Grazing Land adjoining, The Hutt vans to and from the City, pass the Inn twice a day. The Inn is a good, commodious, and substantial Wooden Building : consisting of a spacious bar and seven rooms.
