P f Stuart & Co. ■ The schooner Crest of the Wave, from Christchurch, and ketch Juno, from Kaipoi, arrived in this harbor on Sunday evening last. They are both laden with wheat and flour, and consigned to Mr. G. Crawford. Captain Woodgate reports the schooner Coleen Bawn, aa having grounded on the spit, whilst attempting to leave Kaipoi, and sustained some injury. She had been got off again, and taken to Lyttelton, where her cargo was to bo discharged, and the necessary repairu effected. The Coleen Bawn was bound' to Wellington. The Bchoonor Southern Queen was loading at Chriatchurch for this port. ■- "* • The case of M'Lean v. Douglas and another was disposed of in the Supreme Court, yesterday. The plaintiff, Captain M'Lean, of the . Aldinga, claimed from Messrs: Douglas and Anderson, the ' defendants, the sum of 4JBOOO aa salvage on 800 and odd sheep rescued by him from the Flying Mist, at the Bluff.
