As you are aware, at the public nomination of candidates which took place., on. Wednesday, I have been proposed for re-election tb office. It appears that is desired that I should hold the office until the end of tlie term for' which I was "elected twelve months, ago. Being, assured of such support in the Provincial Council as will enable me to maintain Immigration" to the Province, and to acquire land for the purposes of settlement, I shall be prepared to resume the duties of the Supermtendency if I should now again be honored with your suffrages.
