That valuable Town Acre, No. Od, situated I in Abel Smith Street, Wellington, adjoining the ! residence of Mr. Hickson, fenced in with a close fence and having a small building erected thereon. This acre is admirably adapted for the erection of a gentleman's private residence, beiug in an elevated position aud commanding a fine view of the harbor and shipping. 2nd. The Farm adjoining the Town Bolt known as Upland Farm, or Tanbersley's Farm, comprising about 120 acres ; the whole being securely fenced in with a post and rail fence, and iron wire fence.
