SUMMARY FOR ENGLAND.
Our usual Monthly Summary for England wili be published on Thursday Next, the 13th instant, al the ordinary hour of publication, viz.9 7 o'clock, a.m. In consequence of the Post Offire closing g,t 1 1 a.m on that day, we have obtained permission to keep open a special bag for newspapers only until 1 o'clock, p.m., to be forwarded by the mail steamer Queen, sailing at 2 o'clock precisely.
