PRELIMINARY NOTICE. HpHAT splendid and fine toned ORGAN stand- | ing in tlie Odd Fellow's Hall, built by W. F. Jones, to he raffled for at an early date, by 250 members at £I' ls. each. The Organ is quite new and complete containing 9 Stops — Open Diapason, Stopped Diapason Bass, Stopped Diapason Treble, Flute Principal, fifteenth Bourdon, Viol De Gamba, and Hautboy. The Organ is enclosed in a valuable- New Zealand wood Rimu, case. French polished. There will be 22 prizes, the highest to obtain the Organ, nud the next highest in succession £10, £7, £6, £5, £2, and 16 £1 ss. each. NOTICE is hereby given that the Directors of the Wellington Steam Navigation Company (Limi- ! ted) will be prepared on and after Wednesday 15th Cctober next, to pay to holders of Shaics in the said Compauy upon production of their certificates to the undersigned, a first payment of £17 10s. per share ; aud thnt as soon as the accounts are finally adjusted, a further and final payment will be made.
