If the Public only test these " fifty per cent cheaper " shops, they find in most oases, that they not only get an infebiob article; but are charged more, for it, than at the shops of more unassuming tradesmen, who have not the impudence, to profess to sell at half the price that their neighbours do. Healthy competition is good, but deceit and monopolising avarice are detestable.
