We beg to apprise our numerous friends and subscribers that on and after Tuesday, 7th October, the Independent will be published at SEVEN
O'CLOCK PRECISELY every Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday Morning.
Parties desirous of having their Advertisements inserted in the following day's paper are therefore respectfully requested to send them in not later than Seven o'clock on the evening preceding publication ; and any forwarded after that hour can only be inserted at an extra charge.
