LATEST FROM OTAGO.
The VVonga Wonga arrived in thi3 harbour on Tuesday afternoon, bringing a number of passengers back, who very recently started for the Dew diggings. Generally, these men report that at the St. Dunstan, the diggings were to some extent unworkable, owing to the rise of the river. Provisions, as might be expected, were scarce in quantity and enormous in price. We subjoin from the Daily Times the fullest and latest intelligence.
