I " NOTICE is hereby given that from and after this date, Court Sittings, under the Resident Magistrate's Courts Ordinance, will be held periodi oally at the several European settlements in the Wellington, West Coast Circuit, as specified below : — AT MANAWATU, In Mr. Cook's Public Room, on the first Monday and Tuesday in every month. AT OTAKI, In the Court House, on the first Thursday and Friday in every month. AT RANGITIKEI, In Mr; James Bull's, Public Room, on the second Tuesday and Wednesday in every month. AT TURAKINA, In Mr. John Cameron's, Public Room, on the second Friday and Saturday in every month, The Court will open at 10 a.m. In the ordinary routine of cases, the date of information will regulate the order of hearing. Persons desirous of laying an information, are therefore recommended to apply to the nearest Justice of the Peace in the District, who will forthwith issue a summons for the Court day next ensuing. Pending the organization of Courts under the " Native Circuit Courts Act," 1858, all Native cases within the Jurisdiction of the Resident Magistrate will be heard and determined in tbis Court.
