Next Friday we publish our usual Monthly Summary for transmission to England, by the Mail Steamer intended to be despatched from Wellington, on MONDAY NEXT, the 14^ instant. In addition to the latest Local and Colonial news, it will (probably) contain the Speech of Sir George Q-rey On opening the G-eneral Assembly. Advertisers will be good enouyh to send in their favors as early as possible. Parties desirous of having copies sent to their friends in Australia or England, will please send their addresses.
