The "Pioneer Hotel is new, and substantially built, with seven Bed-rooms, and six rooms ou the ground floor, all neatly furnished, with new Colonial made furniture '; the out-buildings are all built of sawn timber, and consist of a Stable, capable of stabling 14 horses, a Wool Shed, that will hold 200 bales of wool a Barn, 36 feet by 18 feet, with 2 match -lined Corn Bins, capable of holding each 200 bushels of clean grain ; a six railed Stock-yard, that will hold 300 head of cattle ; Stack-yard, Cart-shed, Pig-styes, and all the necessary Buildings to render the establishment complete. Hoffschlseger, of Weisin, in j Mecklenberg, who has again shipped choice specimens of his flock to this Colony.
