The Storm Bird will sail for Castle Point and Napier, on Monday, the 26th Inst., at4'p.m. The Wonga Wonga .will sail for. Wanganui on Monday, the 26th at 1 p.m. The brigantine Jane Lockhart, Captain Clulow, from Otago, bound to Sydney, put into this harbour on Tuesday morning last, with loss of fore and main topmasts. She sailed from Otago on Friday, the 16th instant; and when about 70 miles to the south ward of this port, she was struck by a squall which carried away her topmasts. . Captain Ciulow then bore -up. for this port, and arrived here safely under fore-and-aft sails. She" proceeds on her voyage as soon as the necessary repairs are effected. -- The s. s. Wonga Wonga, Captain Renner, from Otago via Lyttelton, anived in this harbour on Thursday, at 3 am. She sailed from Otago on Tuesday last, at 9 a.m., arrived at Lyttelton at 0-30 a.m., on Wednesday, sailed again the same: morning at half-past 8 o'clock, called at the Kai Koras on her way, and arrived here as above, thus making the passage through from Otago, including all detentions, in 43 hours. She haa brought on the European mail, which was conveyed . to Otago by the s.s. Queen, which arrived at Port Chalmers on Monday last," at 6 p.m. The: Air©-' dale was to leave Otago on Monday last, for Bluff Harbour; and the City. of Hobart, for.Melbourne, v the same day.
