They are descended from the celebrated sheep of Rothshonberg, the Royal Flock of Lobmen, and the flock of his Excellenov President of Crosigk, — all of Saxony.— The Shippers are desirous to introduce to New Zealand (and of continning to do so), the pure Saxon Meriuo, that for SO years past they have been sending to Australia anil the Cape, so that Flockowners may observe the Buperiority of this Breed of Sheep to that of any other ; as it is an established fact, known to all wool dealers and manufacturers in Great Britain and elsewhere that the wool of first clesa Saxon nooks, always realizes higher prices than wool from any Mecklbnbbrq flook whatever. The Undersigned are authorised to state that the average weight of washed wool shorn of the flocks trom which the selection* have been made, is 4 lbs. for Ewes and fully 7 lbs. for Bams ; they are also in possession of samples of the and Photographs Of the animals, and will be glad to famish ntending purchasers with full particulars.
