All the blustering which has kept Panama in a constant fever for the past few months appears, at length — as'we all along surmised — to have quietly died out, without even a street row having occurred; and not withstanding the au&iety of a few bellicose individuals to get up a quarrel, the inhabitants of Panama have shown their good sense by avoidiug anything like a fight, and peace is now fully established without the shedding of anything more serious than the ink spent on the numerous papeluchos which have evory Sunday have made their appearauce with the view of keeping up party spirit, but Vbicb, we are glad to say, have been unable to exercise any power whatever in influencing public sentiment, and which, as a sigu of their ioipotency, are gradually dying out for want of support ;
