No person, will be allowed to enter a boat for any Race unless a Subscriber of at least 10s. (3d. That no " faise keel boats" of any description will be allowed to enter. All Rrtciuß Hosts shall keep the Flag Boats and other distinguishing mark 9on the Port Haud. All Boats may carry ai>y and what s«il they p'ense, but will not be allowed to use any oar* or throw ballast over board after starting. Boats on the port taok to bear up for boats on the starboard tack. Boats running free to keep away for boats on a wind. Any Boat willfully fouling another, to bo considered distanced. Sailing Boats must have all sail on d«ck at the time of the firing of the gun for starting. Each Boat to have a " distinguishing flag to bt named at starting and kept iip during tlis race. The Gum for •tarting will be fired precisely at the hour named. Disputes occurring in any R/ice, must be made known to the Judges ut the conclusion of the rsce. The decision of the Judges in all matters shall be final. In drawing for Stations, No. 1 will take choice, and the rest in rotation. Entrances for the various races will be received by the Treasurer, at the " Coach & Horses'' Hotel, until 10 o'clock, on Tuesday, 2 1st January. tost E utrnnces at Messrs.
