UNDER AUTHORITY OF AN ACT Session IIL, No. 14 of the Provin oial Counoil of Wellington, entitule« " Harbour Reserves," and of an Act Session VIII., No. 3, of the said Pro vincial Council, entituled " Harbour Re serves Amendment," — Notice is hereby given that the following Allotments o Land, situated in the Town of Wellingtoi ■will be offered for sale at Publio Auction at the Office of f the Provincial Treasury at Wellington, on Wednesday the stl day of March, 1862, at One o'clock p.o-i, at the upset prices affixed in tb< subjoined Sohedule. Immediate payment in cash of onetenth of the purchase money shall be the condition of any such sale by auotion and the remaining nine-tenths of the purchase money must be paid by the purchaser within one calendar montli next after the tinie of . such sale by auction, or the one-tenth of the purohase money which has been deposited will be forfeited, and the original contract foi the sale of the land will thenceforward be null and void. Anyfurtherconditionswillbe published either on or before the day of sale. NOTICE is hereby given, that a Sitting of the Circuit Court of the Supreme Court for the Middle District of New Zealand, for the despatoh of Civil and Criminal business, wiil be holden at the Court House in the Provinoial Government Buildings, at Wellington, on Monday the second day of Deoember next, at ten o'clock in tho forenoon, pursuant to Proclamation ; at which time and place all persons bound by recognizances, prosecutors, witnesses or defendants are required to give their attendance. Notice is hereby further given that the Civil Causes will not be called on for trial until Monday, the 9th day of December next, at ten o'olock, a. m. ; to whioh time the Sittings of the said Circuit Court will be adjourned after the conclusion of the Criminal business.
