NOTICE is hereby given, that a Sitting of the District Court of the Hutt for the despatch of business, will be holden at the Mechanic's Institute, atthe Lower Hutt, on Tuesday the 19th day of November next, at ten o'clock in the forenoon, when all parties concerned are required to give their attendance. Notice is hereby also given, that a Sitting of the District Court of the Hutt, for the despatch of business, will be held on Friday, tbe 23rd day of November next, at the School House, at Greytown, attep o'clock in the forenoon, when all parties concerned are required to give their attendance. WHEREAS by an Act of the Provin- * cial Council of* Wellington, Session Three No. Eight, intituled "An Act to amend and consolidate the law relating to Cattle Trespass and Impounding," It is eriacted that theSOperintendentmay from time to time by Proclamation, declare any Pounds to be br oease to be Public Pounds •within the meaning of the sai<J Act, and may from time to time in like manner appoint, suspend, remove, and re-appoint keepers of such pounds,. Now therefore^ I, Isaac Earl Featherston, Superintendent of the Province of .Wellington, Do hereby proolaim the Pound ereoted in the Queen's Park, and abutting on Harrison's place in the Town of Wanganui, to be a Publio Pound within the meaning of the above mentioned Act, and I do hereby appoint David Atkinson, of Wanganui, aforesaid, to be keeper thereof.
