WE hereby give Notice that by Bill of Sale dated the 4th day of April, 1860, and made between Cornelius Campion of Rangitiki, in the Provinoe of Wellington, Sheep Farmer, of the one part, and we the undersigned Alexander Fraser and Thomas Fraser, both of Man a, Sheep Farmers, of the other part, all that mixed flock of sheep consisting of 2600 sheep branded ©. And also 200 head of mixed cattle, brauded C.P.N. on the near ribs, depasturing on the run of the said Cornelius Campion, at Rangitiki aforesaid, were assigned by the said Cornelius Campion to us by way of mortgage and which said Bill of Sale was registered in the Supreme Court of New Zealand, at' Wellington, the 11th day of April, 1860.
