Animal food is better than broths and stews. — By removing acrid, fermented, or other impure humours from the liver, stomach, or blood, the cause of lysentery, diarrhoea, and other bowel conuplaints is expelled. The result is, that tho disturbance is arrested, and the action of the bowels becomes regular.
