The " Pioneer Hotel," is a newly erected Building, containing six ground floor rooms, and seven bed-rooms, ail fitted up in a superior style, and neatly furnished. The Stable is built of Sawn Timber, and calcu Jated to stall 14 horses. There is a loft over it capable of containing 200 bales of wool. There is also an excellent Barn, Cart Slied, and Out-houses, all built of sawn timber within the hat three yfcars. The Barn.itf 36 ft. x 18, and 10 feet studs,, witk aloft over it, and oam Bins that will contain 1000 bushels of grain. There is half au acre of garden, well stocked with vegetables and fruit trees.
