To be excitable or nervous in a small degree is most distressing, for where can % remedy be found? There is one:— drink but little wine, beer, or spirits, or far better, none, take ao coffee,— weak tea being preferable ; get all the fresh air you can ; take three or four Tills every »!ght; eat plenty of solids, avoiding the use of alops ; and if these golden rules are followed, you will be happy in mind and strong in body, and forget you have any nerves.
