'RENDERS willbe received at this Office until 1. the 15th June next, from persons desirous of contracting for the performance of tbe Overland Mail service between Wellington and Wanganui, for tbe twelve months commencing the lst July, 1861, and ending 30ih June 1862; subject to the following terms and conditions — Ist.— The Contractor to take the Mails from the Post Office in Wellington at 2 p.m. every Monday and deliver them atthe Post Office, Wanganui, on the following Wednesday at 8 p m. 2nd.— To start from Wanganui for Wellington at 12 o'clook noon on every Thursday, delivering the Mails in U ellingtou at 11 a.m. on the following Saturday. 3rd. — To take up and deliver mails at the Post Offices at the following intermediate places, viz: — Turakina, Rangitiki. Manawatu, Otaki, Waikanae, Pahautanui, and Porirua. NOTICE is hereby given that a sitting of the Circuit Court, of the Supreme Court, for the Middle District of New Zealand, for the dispatch of Civil and Criminal business, will be holden at the Court House, in the Provincial Government Buildings, at Wellington, on Saturday, the first day of June next, at ten o'clock in the forenoon, pursuant to Proclamation j at whioh time and place all persons bound by recognizances, prosecutors, witnesses, or defendants, aro required to give their attendance.
