John Holliday v James W. Sedcole — Debt £5 ss. Vamham v same. — Debt £5 ss. These were actions to recover the sum of £5 ss. for surveying and services rendered during the discharge of the inward cargo of the Thames City, now in the Port of Wellington. Judgment for the above amount and costs.
Collett v Vincent.- Debt£3 2s. 10|d- Judgment for amount.
Same v Williamson.— £l2 4s. 3d. Withdrawn.
Same v Bryce. — 17s. lOdJ. Summons not served.
Same v Bannister. — Us. s£-d. Amount paid into Court. Brown v Dennis. — A.n action to iecover the Sum of £12 14s , one month's board and lodging. Judgment by consent. Thursday, \Alh' February, 186 f. James Syiuons charged with drunkenness. Did not appear, and a warrant issued for his apprehension.
