THE JOHN BUNYAN.

The examination at the Police Court yesterday, relative to the charge of Mutiny and Piracy on the High Seas, preferred by Capt. Allan against his crew, will bo found elsewhere. The examination will be continued at 12 o'clock to-day. A charge of Murder was yesterday preferred against Capt. Allan, by one of the seamen accused. Bail was taken, and the charge will be investigated on Wednesday morning. Pending the proceedings in the Magistrates' and Supreme Courts, we refrain from all comment.
