NOTICE is hereby given that a Sitting of the District Court of Wellington for the despatch- of business, will be holden at the Supreme Courthouse at Wellington, on Wednesday, the 20th day of February next, at ten o'clock in forenoon, when all parties concerned are required to give their attendance. Notice is hereby also given that such Court will be finally adjourned till the following Thursday, the 28th day of February, to the School House at Greytown, Wairarapa, in the said District of Wellington, at ten o'clock in the forenoon, should the business of the Court require it, when all parties concerned are required to give their attendance. Applications, for summons and other proceedings of the. District Court are to be made to the Clerk of the Court, at the District ; Court Office, Wellington, between the hours of 10 and 4 daily — except on Saturdays when the office will close at 2 o'clock.
