In curing -«»b Jt never fails to restore the system to a neaitny etate if the PUls be taken according te the printed nstructions. . Diptheria. Ulcerated Sore i Thro at , and Scarlet and ether Fevers; Any of the above diseasesway be cured by well rubbing the Ointment three times a day into the .chest, throat, and neck of.the patient; it will _ soon penetrate, and give immediate' relief. Medicine i taken by the mouth must operate npon the whole system € re Its influence can be felt in nny looal part, whereas the Ointment will do its work at once. Whoever tries the unguent in the above manner for the disaases named, or any similar disorders aneetive tbe chest and throat, will find themselves relieved as by a charm. A'l sufferers from these com- ■ plaints should envelope the throat at bed time in a large bread and water poultice, after the Ot^™™ has been well rubbed in, and if the soles of the feet are likewise rubbed with the Ointment every night, it will greatly assist the cure of the < tliroat ahd chest. To allay the fever and lessen inflam m ation,- eight or ten Pifls should be taken night and morning. The Ointment will produce perspiration, the grand essential in all cases of fevers, sore throats or where there might be an oppression of the cheat, either from asthma or other causes. Piles, Fistulas, Strictures. The above class of complaints'is surely removed "ny niehtlv fomenting the parts with warm wafer, and then V most effectually rubHng in the Ointment. Persons suffering from these direful com plaicts should lose not a moment \\ arresting their •progress. It sbould be understood that it is not sufficient merely to smear the Ointment on the affected parts, but it mupt be well rubbed m for some considerable time two or three times a day, • tbat it may be taken into the system wbence it will remove any hidden sore or wound as effectually bs though palpable to the eye. There again, bread . and wnter poultices after the rubbing in of the Ointmcrt, will do great service. This is the only sure treatment for females, cases of cancer in the _temaoh, or where there maj be a general bearing down. Imprudenoies of Youth -.-Sores Tand Ulcerß* Blotches, as also swellings, can with certain t _ be radically cured if the Ointment be used free and tbe Pills be taken night and morning, as \ «onimended in the 1 printed instructions. Who treated in nny other, way they only dry up in one T lace to break out in another; whereas this Ointment will remove the humour from the system, and leave the patient -a vigorous and healthy being. It will reqnire time with the n.e u of the Pills to en. sure a lasting cure. Dropsical Swellings, Paralysis and. Stiff Joints. Alfhnugb tlie above eomplnints differ widely in their origin nnd nature, yet. they all require locnl treatment. Many of tbe worst oases of such diseases will yield, in a comparatively short space of time, whon this Ointment is diligently rubbed into the parts affected, even after every other means isove failed.
