YOU are hereby Summoned to attend at the Resident Magistrate's Court, at Wanganui, on Monday, the seventeenth day of December, 1860, at the hour of Eleven o'clock in the forenoon, to answer the complaint of Thomas Dew Jones, of Wanganui, Farmer, who seeks to reoover from the said Francis Dillon Bell the sum of nine pounds, being one moiety of the expense of erecting a dividing Fence ot the rate of thirty shillings per chain, between the land of the said Plaintiff, being section 74. and the land of the Defendant, being section 76, ou tbe right bank of the Wanganui River.
