Lectubes in Country D[strcts. — The following lectures have beea delivered during the past month by the Rev. H. W. Scott. At the T:iita on " Radical Reform," (socially and morally). At Stokes 1 Valley on " Popular Amusements." At the Upper Hutt on " The Two Ways and the Two Ends." At the Mechanics'lnstitute, L>,vei Hull, on "The Life and Times of J,»hn Bunyan," and at Karori oo 11 t'je Practical Power of Little Tlnr.gs." Mr. Woodward also lectured at the Mechanic* Institute, Lower Hutt, on " the Steam Eiitfiue," illustrated by diagrams and working models.
