WHEREAS on the eighteenth day of Jane, 1850, information was laid before John Tjlston Wicksteod, Esquire, one of Her Majesty's Justices of tlie Peace for snid Proviuce, sitting at wanganni nforesnid, by Tamberlain J. Campbell, of Wanganui aforesaid, Farmer, against Jacob Samuel, of New Plymouth in the Provinoe of Taranaki, New Zealard aforesaid, gentleman, for that lie tlie snid Jacob Samuel doth owe' unto the said Tamberlain J. Campbell, ihe sum of nine pounds seveu shillings nnd six pence, (£9 Ts. 6d.,) being ilie half cost of fifteen chains of Fencing, (at tho rare of twenty.fbe shillings per chain,)ditiding the lands of the said Taml>erlaiu J. Campbell, from Section ]01, the property of ihe Baid Jacob Samuel, siluate at Wangnnui liforesaid. '.
