WHEREAS on the eighteenth day of Jane, 1850, information was laid before John Tjlston Wicksteod, Esquire, one of Her Majesty's Justices of tlie Peace for snid Proviuce, sitting at wanganni nforesnid, by Tamberlain J. Campbell, of Wanganui aforesaid, Farmer, against Jacob Samuel, of New Plymouth in the Provinoe of Taranaki, New Zealard aforesaid, gentleman, for that lie tlie snid Jacob Samuel doth owe' unto the said Tamberlain J. Campbell, ihe sum of nine pounds seveu shillings nnd six pence, (£9 Ts. 6d.,) being ilie half cost of fifteen chains of Fencing, (at tho rare of twenty.fbe shillings per chain,)ditiding the lands of the said Taml>erlaiu J. Campbell, from Section ]01, the property of ihe Baid Jacob Samuel, siluate at Wangnnui liforesaid. '. Now this is therefore to itummon you, the said Jacob Samuel, to attend at the Court House, at Wanganui, aforeesid, on the 25th day of Jti'y next, 1859, at the honr of eleven o'olock in the forenoon, to shew cause why judgment for tho above-named sum should not be given against you. Od.) being the half cost of eighteen chains forty-three feet of fencing, (at Ibe rate of twenty five shillings per ch»in,) dividing the lands of the said Temberlnin J. Campbell, from snid Seolion (No.100), the property of the naid Frederick Gowcn, (or others as the case mny be,) situate at Wanganui aforesa'd. Now this is therefore to summon you, the said Frederick Oowen, (or the owner or owners as the case may be,) of said Section, to attend at the Coart House, at Wangmiii, aforesaid, on thp Ssth day of July next, 18A0, at thr hour ol Rleven o'clock in the forenoon, to shew cause why judgment for the above named sum should not be given against you.
