WELLINGTON, From any one part of the Town, to any oiler part of the Town at per Trip ALSO. For the following services, viz :— Bullock Waggons at per day each. Ox or Horse Carts at per day each. Parties tendering at per Trip, must distinctly specify whether ihe work is to be performed by Bullock Waggons, or by Ox or Horse Cart; and how many of each description they are prepared to hold at the disposal ot Government. . . How many hundred of bricks, and how many Hundred feet of timber are to be eonsideied as a load lor a one horse or o two horse cart, or bullock-waggou as the case may be. . . In the event or a difference of opinion arising be tween the Commissariat Officer and tbe Contractor regarding the weight of a load, the same shall lie settled by arbitration, according to the custom of the service, f}ENEnAL CONDITIONS. 1. Each Tender sent in, in consequence of this advertisement, to be accompanied by a statement signed by two competent persons, expressing then readiness in the eveutof such tender being accepted, to become security for its duo performance, the penalty of tbo Bond to be fixed by. the Undersigned, and these surities will be held strictly responsible for the fulfilment of the Contractor's engagements. 2.
