Esq., lo s»ll BY PUBLIC AUCTION, AT THE EXCHANGE, On TUESDAY, 17th AUGUST, 1858, At Two o'clock, ALL that Valuable Freehold Property known as the diatom House Wharf, together with the extensive Stores and Buildings erected near H, situated in the heart of the Commercial part of the City. The Stores are suited either for occupalion or as a first-rate investment, occupying as ihey do a frontage of about 147 feet to the Harbor, and also to Custom [louse street, the Wharf having in addition a frontage to Farish-street. The properly will be divided into four lots as under:— LOT I.—Tlie large and commodious Store fronting Custom House street, at present let to Meesrs. Dransfield and Co. at ayear'y rent of;£150.
