TtF.sor.vEn—That this meeting views the Cons'itiiiion of the Hundreds of New Plymouth aid Qmntu in this Settlement, without the consent or knowledge of the settlers, as an arbitrary exercUe of.power; and that it pro.esls the I'roc'.i;mation of the said Hundreds, as an infringemeit of the claims of the New Zealand Company's Compensation Scrip Holders, as it thereby excludes til' ir ngh': of selecting or pnrclinsing with Scrip wi;,.in the limits of the said Hundreds.
