ME. ALLEN begs leave to inform tile Public of New Zealand and the neighbouring Colonies, that he lias taken out an Auctioneer's Ltcexse. He is open to receive Commissions either in Wellington or from the neighbouring Colonies ; the principles of his business are simply these—he has abolished thnt grievance to buyers, namely, Lot Money; lie proposes to render prompt Account Sales, and, as promptly, to band over the Cash or Bills according to the terms of sale. Cata- ! logues will invariably be printed, containing an exact list carefully Lotted of all the Goods Mr. Allen may have for sale. Mr. A. proposes to select one day in each week, and thinking that Tuesday would be the most convenient one, he has fixed upon that day. On Tuesday, therefore a Sale in every week', should the weather not be too boisterous, will be effected by him, at the Stores of Mr.W. F. CnnrsTrAK, on Lambton Quay Mr. Allek is also at liberty, when not engaged with the Salee at the Stores, to act as Auctioneer for Land, Cattle, Hoases, Furniture, or any other description of Property which may be offered to him by his patrons.
