And the same Regulation will apply to those for Ships of War. No Tender will be required for supplying Firewood at Wanganui. The engagement for this service will bo entered into with tho Commissariat Ollicer at that Tost. 12tli.—The Contractor to prepare his own Account I according to the prescribed form, and on the production thereof nt this Oilice, with the requisite Vouchers, in a complete state, will receive payment Monthly, by a Bill or Bills upon the Lords Commissioners of Her Majesty's Treasury, at par, when the Amount is Fifty Pounds or upwards ; when under that amount, payment will be made in Cnshl" , JStb.—ln the event of any Article offered being objected to as not complying with these conditions', it will be submitted lo a Board of, Officers, to be appointed by tbe Officer Commanding the Troops.
