Sir, —In your cotemporary of Wedoeiday Hit, appeared an article oa the next exhibition of tbs Horticultural Society, in which- there ii a charge made against the publio of destroying shrub*, h<;,, brought by members to the show. Now, Sir, tfcii it manifestly unfair. I have attended the uhibitions held in this settlement, and I hare obsened the utmost decorum and propriety; the puttd present being pretty well coarerjant with rneua and tuan?. Certainly two or three ladies bin evinced an eager desire to seize upon the froi&« and have in most instances appropriated them, (be owners being too gallant to interfere. Bot in no initance that I am aware of have the rnsle portion of the community had a scramble for the •ftlelo exhibited I Am, Sir, Your's, &a., ...,..,,-,... AJSWWCRIBM..
