Surrender of Chpsan.—The news from China, via Singapore and South Australia, which we extract from the Melbourne Argus of the 27ih ult., extends to thu middle of July.

The inmates, several of whom were wouuded, were obliged to fire in self defence, when 13 were killed, or died of their wounds, and twenty were more or less wounded.
